Can I exchange an item?

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If an item doesn’t fit or isn’t to your liking, simply return it within 30 days using the return label included in your package. Once the return is processed, you can place a new order for the item you prefer.

Please remember that certain items, such as underwear and swimwear, can only be returned if they are in their original condition, with the hygiene seal intact and all labels attached.

Note: Once an order is completed, we are unable to make changes to it. If you'd like to make adjustments, we recommend canceling the original order and placing a new one.
