Need a New Return Label?

If you are a registered customer in our online shop, you can generate a new return label for your order in your customer account under "Orders" within the 30-day return period. Simply click on the respective order and select “Return items”.

Note: We offer our customers a 30-day return period. This begins on the day on which you or a person designated by you (excluding the shipping carrier) received the order. Please note that we cannot receive returns after this deadline. To meet the timeframe for returns, simply ensure your returns are sent back on time.

Please remember to keep the postage receipt from the shipping provider until we’ve confirmed the return has been received. Once your return is processed by our logistics team, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email.
