If you’ve returned additional items or have claims for items that aren’t listed in your return confirmation, we kindly ask for your patience. These items may be processed separately, and you’ll receive a separate confirmation email once they’ve been checked in.
I Haven’t Received Confirmation of My Return Yet
If the shipment tracking shows that your package has arrived at our facility, please allow up to 7 days for us to inspect and process the items. Once that’s done, you’ll receive an email confirming your return.
