How to return items

If you're not completely satisfied with any item from your Breuninger online order, or if something doesn’t fit, you can easily return it. We offer our customers a 30-day return period. This begins on the day on which you or a person designated by you (excluding the shipping carrier) received the final item in the order. Please note that we cannot receive returns after this deadline. To meet the deadline for returns, simply ensure your returns are sent back on time.Here’s how:

For Registered Customers:

  1. Log into your customer account and go to “Orders.”
  2. Find the relevant order and select the item(s) you want to return under “Outstanding Orders” or in the “Returns” section. Click on “Return Item.”
  3. Note: You can only start the return process after your order has been dispatched.

For Guest Orders:
Check your order confirmation email for a link to register your return under “Order Details.”

Return Instructions:

  1. Place the items you want to return back in the original box.
  2. Affix the enclosed return label to the sealed package.

Missing Return Documents?
If you are a registered customer in our online shop, you can register a return and generate a new return label for an order within the 30-day return period directly in your customer account.

As soon as your return has been processed by our logistics center, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email.
