How to return items

If you're not completely satisfied with any item from your Breuninger online order, or if something doesn’t fit, you can easily return it. Here’s how:

For Registered Customers:

  1. Log into your customer account and go to “Orders.”
  2. Find the relevant order and select the item(s) you want to return under “Outstanding Orders” or in the “Returns” section. Click on “Return Item.”
  3. Note: You can only start the return process after your order has been dispatched.

For Guest Orders:
Check your order confirmation email for a link to register your return under “Order Details.”

Return Instructions:

  1. Place the items you want to return back in the original box.
  2. Affix the enclosed return label to the sealed package.

All PostNL branches

Luxembourg All POST branches
Netherlands All PostNL branches
Spain All Correos branches
Italy All Poste Italiane branches

Missing Return Documents?
If you’re a registered customer, you can create a new return label in your account under "Orders." Select the item you wish to return or go to the “Returns” section and click on “Return Item.”

Alternatively, you can create a new return label online.

As soon as your return has been processed by our logistics center, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email.
