We’re sorry your order didn’t make it to you! Here are a few possible reasons why it may have been returned to us by the shipping partner:
- The delivery address was incomplete or incorrect.
- The delivery partner didn’t have access to your address.
- The package was damaged during transport.
- The order wasn’t picked up from the post office within the specified time.
Once your returned package is processed by our logistics team, you’ll receive an automatic email confirmation, and any refund will be credited to the payment method you used for the order.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to resend the original order. However, you’re welcome to place a new order on our Breuninger online shop if you still want the item.
