If your order was returned to Breuninger by our shipping partner, it could be due to the following reasons:
- The delivery address was incomplete or incorrect.
- Our delivery partner did not have access to your address.
- The package was damaged during transport.
- The order was not picked up from the post office within the timeframe.
As soon as your package returned by our shipping partner has been processed by our logistics center, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email. The amount to be refunded will be automatically credited to the payment method saved with the order.
We are very sorry that you have not received your order. However, we ask for your understanding that for organizational reasons redelivery is not possible. If you would like the item to be redelivered, please place a new order in our Breuninger online shop.
