When will I receive my refund for a return?

Returns typically take up to 7 business days to reach our logistics center and be processed.

Please keep in mind that if there’s an issue with your item, like a defect, the inspection process may take a little longer.

After Your Return Is Processed
Once we’ve received your return, you’ll get an automatic email confirmation. We’ll begin processing it shortly after, and once completed, you’ll receive another email confirming the refund. The amount will be credited back to the payment method used when you placed your order.

What If I Haven't Received the Full Refund?
If you're waiting for additional items to be refunded or have claims for items not listed in your return confirmation, please be patient. These will be processed separately, and you'll receive separate email confirmations for each refund.

Refund Methods:

  • Credit Card Payments: The refunded amount will be credited back to your credit card account and will appear on your next statement.
  • PayPal Payments: The refunded amount will be credited to your PayPal account. You can decide whether to keep it in your PayPal balance or transfer it to your bank account.
