Please allow up to 7 working days for your return to be received and processed at our logistics center.
Please note that, particularly in the case of a complaint, detailed inspection of the items may take a little longer.
After processing the return, the corresponding amount will be refunded to the payment method used when placing the order.
Your return is being processed
As soon as your return has been received by our logistics center, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email. Your return will then be processed in the following days, and you will receive another email once your return has been completed.
We have processed your returns
As soon as the returned goods have been checked and entered by our logistics center, you will receive an automated confirmation by email. The amount to be refunded will be automatically credited to the payment method used when the order was placed.
What if the full amount has not been refunded?
If you have returned other items to us or have claims for items that are not listed on your return confirmation, we kindly ask for your patience. These items will be processed separately, and you will receive a separate email.
We will inform you as soon as these items have also been processed. You will receive a separate confirmation email for each credit.
Payment by credit card
The amount to be refunded will be credited back to your credit card account. You can see the credit on your next monthly credit card statement.
Payment with PayPal
The amount to be refunded will be credited back to your PayPal account. In your PayPal account, you have the option to designate whether the amount is credited to your PayPal account or credited back to your bank account.
