How can I send items back?

If, for any reason, you are not happy with any of the items you have ordered online from Breuninger or if an item doesn’t fit, you can exercise your statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving a reason.

  1. If you are a registered customer in our online shop, select the relevant order in your customer account under “Orders”. From here you can either select the item that you would like to return under “Outstanding Orders” or in the “Returns” section, click on “Return Item”.
    You can only start the returns process in your customer account after your order has been dispatched. If you have ordered as a guest, you can find the link to register your return in your order confirmation email under “Order Details”.
  2. Finally, place the items you have registered to return back in the box.
  3. Affix the enclosed return label to the sealed package.

Note: If possible, please use the original packaging for your return.

What if I no longer have the return documents?
If you are registered in our online shop, you can create a new return label for your order in your customer account under "Orders". Please select under “Outstanding Orders” the item you would like to return or go to the section“Returns” click on Return item"

Alternatively, you can create a new return label online.

As soon as your return has been processed by our logistics center, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email.
