I haven't received a shipping confirmation yet
We usually ship your order within 48 hours. However, in rare cases, there may be a delay in the dispatch time. In this case we will notify you by email, and thank you for your understanding and patience.
I have already received a shipping confirmation
Once we have shipped your order, we will send you a shipping confirmation email including a tracking link. You can view the shipment history at any time using this link. In addition, our shipping partners will always send you a package notification email.
Please check the tracking link in the shipping confirmation or in the email from the shipping partner to see if the package may have been dropped off at a post office.
Under certain circumstances your order may be sent back to us.
