As soon as your order leaves our facility, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email. You can track your package anytime using the tracking number in that email. If you're registered in our online shop, you can also view the current status of your order in your customer account under "Orders."
Why hasn’t my package been shipped yet?
We typically ship orders within 48 hours. However, there may be occasional delays due to logistics or our shipping partners. If this happens, we’ll notify you via email. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Can I change the delivery time or location of my package?
Once an order is completed, it can’t be changed for technical reasons. However, if it hasn’t shipped yet, you can cancel and reorder the items.
In your shipping confirmation, you will have the option to change the delivery location or day based on the terms and conditions of the shipping carrier.
My package still hasn’t arrived
Please use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation to check if the package was delivered to a neighbor or a local post office. Also, double-check your delivery address in the order confirmation or your customer account.
The expected delivery date can be found in the shipping confirmation. If your order hasn’t arrived by then, please allow some extra time.
