How do I change my address?

Updating Your Address
You can update your billing address and add or change delivery addresses in your customer account under "My Address Book."

For Existing Orders

  • If Your Order Hasn't Been Processed Yet: You can cancel your current order and place a new one with the correct address.
  • If Your Order Has Already Shipped: If the shipping partner can’t deliver to the address you provided, the package will be returned to us. Once processed, we'll send you an email confirmation, and any refund due will be credited back to the original payment method.

Note: Unfortunately, we can’t make changes to an order that’s already been completed, such as updating the delivery address or payment method.
