As soon as we receive your order, we will send you an order confirmation by email. What if you haven’t received an order confirmation? This could be due to the following reasons:
The email has gone to your spam folder.
Please check your spam folder, which may be in a subfolder of your e-mail inbox. If this has happened, you can remove the spam flag from the invoice email to prevent this from happening in the future.
You have entered a different email address by mistake.
Please check your other personal email inboxes.

You may have mistyped your email address. In this case, please contact our customer service using the contact form or by phone on +43 (0) 1 385 30 17 (Mon. - Sat. from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. – your telephone provider's rates will apply)
Note: As a registered customer, you will be able to see whether we have received your order in your customer account under "Orders".
You will not receive an order confirmation if the order process could not be completed, e. g. if a problem occurred during payment. If this happens, please contact customer service.
