If your order has been shipped, you’ll receive your online invoice in a separate email along with the shipping confirmation. If you haven’t received it yet, here are a few things to check:
Check your spam folder:
Sometimes, emails with financial terms may be flagged as spam. Please check your spam or junk folder, which could be hidden in a subfolder of your inbox. If you find the invoice there, you can mark it as "Not Spam" to avoid this issue in the future.
Check other email addresses:
If you use multiple email addresses, it’s possible the invoice was sent to a different inbox. Please check all your email accounts.

For registered customers:
If you have an customer account with us, you can view and download your invoices anytime under the "Orders" section of your account.

For guest checkout:
If you checked out as a guest, you can still access your invoice through the personalized link in your order confirmation email. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll be able to view and download your invoice under "View Invoice" in the order details.
Still can’t find your invoice or order confirmation?
If you’ve checked your email folders and still haven’t received your invoice or order confirmation, there might have been a typo in the email address you provided.
