I haven’t received an order confirmation

We send an order confirmation email as soon as we receive your order. If you haven’t received it, here are a few things to check:

Check Your Spam Folder:
Sometimes, emails can end up in your spam folder. Please check there, and if you find the email, you can mark it as "Not Spam" to ensure future emails arrive in your inbox.

Check Other Email Accounts:
If you have multiple email accounts, you might have entered a different one by mistake. Please check your other inboxes.

Still Can’t Find It?
If you still can’t locate the order confirmation, it’s possible that your email address was mistyped. In this case, please reach out to our customer service team. You can contact us through our contact form.

Note: If you’re a registered customer, you can check the status of your order in your account under "Orders." If the order process wasn’t completed, for example, due to a payment issue, you wouldn’t receive a confirmation email. If this happens, please contact our customer service team.
