Before we can delete your account, please ensure the following:
- All reimbursements have been processed.
- There are no pending shipments.
- The return period for any recent orders (30 days) has passed.
To verify your identity, please send us a written request with the following information:
- First and last name
- Full billing address
- The email address associated with your account or used for your last order
If you're sure you want to permanently delete your account, please reach out to our customer service team via the contact form. If you have multiple accounts and only want to delete one, please let us know—otherwise, all accounts will be permanently deleted, and they cannot be restored.
Once your account is deleted, we’ll send you a confirmation email from our customer service team.
