You can easily update the following details in your customer account at any time:
- Password
- Email address
- Billing and/or delivery address
- Name
Please Note: Changes made to your account will apply only to future orders. Unfortunately, it’s not possible to update information on orders that have already been placed.
Want to Change Your Password?
To update your password:
- Go to "Personal Data" > "Login Info."
- Enter your current password and your new password under “Change Password.”
- Click “Change Password.”
We’ll send you an email with an activation link right away. Click the link to confirm and start using your new password immediately.
Need to Change Your Email Address?
To update the email address you use to log in:
- Go to "Personal Data."
- Under "Email Address / Username," enter your new email address.
- Click "Change Email Address."
We’ll send a confirmation link to your old email address. Please confirm the change through that link. The update will take effect once you’ve completed this step.
If you no longer have access to your old email address, please reach out to our customer service team using the contact form.
You can also update the email address where you receive notifications under "Personal Data." This can be different from your login email.
Please Note: Changing your email address here won’t affect your newsletter subscription. You can find more information on how to update your email for newsletters separately.
Want to Change Your Address?
To update your billing address:
- Go to "My Address Book" > "Billing Address" and make your changes.
To update your delivery address:
- Go to "My Address Book" > "Delivery Address." Here, you can save and manage multiple addresses for easy selection during checkout.
