If you don’t like or the partner items purchased in the Breuninger online shop don’t fit, you can also return them to the partner free of charge within 30 days under our return policy.

Where should I send my partner items?
If you received a partner item in a separate package along with Breuninger items, please return it to our Breuninger partner using only the return label included in the package. 
Note: The shipping provider our partner uses is indicated on the respective return label (DHL Express). Please make sure to drop off the return with the correct shipping provider.

Here’s how it works:

1. Enter the return reason code in the designated field and include this form with the package.
2. Affix the enclosed return label to the sealed package.
3. Drop off your package.
   If your delivery includes a DHL Express return label, take your package to an official DHL Express service point (DHL Express) or schedule a free pickup (DHL Express Pickup). To do this, visit the DHL Express website and enter your tracking number to schedule a pickup from your home.
4. Be sure to keep the tracking number safe until your return has been processed.
5. Once the return has been processed by our partner, you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt via email, and the corresponding amount will be credited to the payment method used to settle the invoice.

If your returns are being sent to different recipients, you will receive a separate confirmation for each partial return.

Do you need another return label?
As a registered customer, you can also generate a new return label for partner items in your customer account.
