You can identify partner items in our online shop on the product page by the following note:

These items are shipped directly by our partner. If your order contains both Breuninger and partner items, you will receive the ordered items in separate packages. You will not incur any additional costs for partial deliveries.
For each partial delivery, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation via email as soon as it has been shipped. Using the tracking number included in the email, you can track the shipment at any time (DHL Express).

Orders containing a partner item can be canceled within 30 minutes of the order being placed. After that, the “Cancel Order” option will no longer be available.

Note: Please note that gift wrapping and express shipping are not available for partner items.
