How to Redeem Vouchers:
- Redeeming your voucher: Enter your voucher code at checkout in the final step before completing your purchase. Click "Redeem" to apply the discount to your order.
- One-Time Use: Some vouchers can only be used once. You’ll find this information in the voucher's terms. Other vouchers can be used multiple times.
- Post-Order Credit: Unfortunately, vouchers cannot be applied to orders that have already been completed.
- Combining vouchers: Only one personalized voucher that reduces the total amount and has a minimum purchase value (e.g., satisfaction voucher) can be used per order. However, vouchers for specific items (e.g., Home & Living, Beauty Coupons, BLACK2021) can be combined.
Voucher Validity:
- Expiration Dates: Vouchers and promotions are valid for a limited time. Be sure to use them before they expire!
- Minimum Order Value: Orders must meet a minimum value of 20 € to be completed.
- Minimum Purchase Value: Some vouchers require a minimum purchase. If a return brings your total below this amount, the voucher may no longer apply.
- Product Limitations: Vouchers may be limited to specific products, brands, categories, or payment methods.
