If you cannot redeem a voucher, you will see an error message. This will state the reason why the voucher cannot be redeemed:

• Shipping to the Canary Islands isn’t available.
• The voucher has expired.
• The voucher is only valid for certain brands, categories, items, countries, or payment methods.
• The voucher has already been used.
• There may be a typo, extra space, or incorrect characters in the code.

Be sure to check the voucher conditions and the message shown after entering the code.
