We want you to be completely satisfied with your Breuninger purchase. If you’re not happy with any item - whether it’s the fit, style, or for any other reason—you have option to return it.

Return Window:

• Statutory Right to Cancel: You can cancel your order within 14 days, no reason required.
• Extended Return Policy: You can also return items within 30 days from the date you received them. The return period starts when you or someone you’ve designated (excluding the shipping carrier) takes possession of the final item in your order. Please note that we cannot receive returns after this deadline. To meet the deadline for returns, simply ensure your returns are sent back on time.

Please note:

• For reasons of health protection and hygiene, sealed goods cannot be returned if the seal has been removed or damaged, or if the item has been opened or used. This applies in particular to:
  • Cosmetics (face and body products)
  • Perfume
  • Underwear
  •  Swimwear
• Condition of Returns: If returned items are soiled, damaged, or missing labels, we may refuse the return or seek compensation for any loss in value. However, ordinary inspection trying on of an item (similar to what you would do in a store) is acceptable.
