Some items I returned are missing from the return confirmation

If you’ve returned additional items or have claims for items that aren’t listed in your return confirmation, we kindly ask for your patience. These items may be processed separately, and you’ll receive a separate confirmation email once they’ve been checked in.

I Haven’t Received Confirmation of My Return Yet
If the shipment tracking shows that your package has arrived at our facility, please allow up to 7 days for us to inspect and process the items. Once that’s done, you’ll receive an email confirming your return.

Note: For returns involving complaints, a more detailed inspection might take a bit longer. Thank you for your understanding!
