Can I make changes to my order after it’s placed?

Once an order has been completed, we’re unable to make changes to it for technical reasons. This includes updating the color, size, or quantity of items, as well as changing the payment method or delivery address.

However, you may be able to cancel your order and place a new one if needed.

If you entered an incorrect address, the package will be returned to us, and you can reorder with the correct details.
