Some of the items I returned are missing from the return confirmation

If you have returned other items to us or have claims for items that are not listed on your return confirmation, we kindly ask for your patience. These items are processed separately, we will send you a separate email confirming receipt of these items.

I have not yet received confirmation that my return has been received by Breuninger
If you can see in the shipment tracking details that your package has already arrived at our facilities, it can still take up to 7 days to inspect the item in our logistics center before the returns are confirmed by email.

Note: Please note that, particularly in the case of a complaint, detailed inspection of the items may take a little longer.
