In order to correctly allocate your return in our logistics center, please include your order number as well as the reason for your return.
Please keep the shipping partner's postage receipt safe until your return has been received; this serves as proof that the return has been sent. As soon as your return has been processed by our logistics, you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt by email.
