Replacement for my return label

If you are registered with a customer account in our online shop, you can generate a new return label for the respective order under "Orders". 

If you have placed your order as a guest, you can create a new return label using the personalized link in your order confirmation email.

Alternatively, you can use one of the following links to generate a separate return label for a free return with your chosen parcel delivery service:

Please keep the shipping partner's postage receipt safe until your return has been received; this serves as proof that the return has been sent. As soon as your return has been processed by our logistics, you will receive an automatic confirmation of receipt by email.
