Order tracking – information about your delivery

As soon as your order has left our premises, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
You can check the shipment history with the respective shipping carrier any time using the shipment number in this email.
If you are registered in our online shop, you can also view the current status of your order in your customer account under the menu item "Orders".

Why has my package not been shipped yet?
We usually ship your order within 48 hours. However, in exceptional cases the shipment of your order may be delayed due to delays in our logistics center or on the part of our shipping service providers. In this case we will notify you by email, and thank you for your understanding and patience.

Can I change the delivery time and location of my package?
For technical reasons, it is not possible to change an order that has already been completed. However, as long as the order is not yet ready for shipment, you can cancel it and re-order the items.

In the shipping confirmation for your order, you have the option to change the desired delivery location as well as delivery day. Please note the terms and conditions of the respective shipping service provider.

My package still hasn't arrived
Please check the tracking link in the shipping confirmation to see if the package was left with a neighbor or at a post office. Please also check your delivery address in the order confirmation or in your customer account.

You can find the expected delivery date in the shipping confirmation. Please wait until this time for your order to arrive.

If the status of your order does not change within five days, please contact customer service using the contact form or by phone on 00800 - 71121100 (Mon. - Sat. from 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.).
