In your customer account, you can change your billing address and edit or add delivery addresses under "My Address Book".
Any address changes you make in your customer account will not affect the information in orders you have already placed.
Have you already placed an order, but the delivery address is not correct?
If your order has not been processed yet, you have the option to cancel it and place a new order to the correct address.
Has your order already been shipped?
If our shipping partner is unable to deliver the order to the delivery address you provided, the package will be returned and you will receive an automatic email confirmation from us as soon as the package returned by the shipping partner has been processed by our logistics. The amount to be refunded will be automatically credited to the payment method used when placing the order.
For technical reasons, it is not possible to make retrospective changes (e.g. delivery address, payment method) to an already completed order.
