If you cannot redeem a voucher, you will see an error message. This will state the reason why the voucher cannot be redeemed:
- Shipping to the Canary Islands is unfortunately not possible.
- The voucher has already expired.
- The voucher is limited to certain brands, categories, items, countries and/or payment methods.
- The voucher has already been redeemed.
- You have entered an incorrect sequence of characters, a space or a typo in the voucher code.
Please note the relevant informational text after entering the voucher and also the redemption conditions applying to the vouchers.
