You can also return multiple partial deliveries or orders in a single package. To do so, please enclose all return forms with their respective order numbers in the package to ensure that the articles are correctly allocated in our logistics system.
Please save the shipping receipt until your return has been processed. As soon as your return has been processed in our logistics center, you will receive an automated return confirmation by email.
Do you need returns documentation?
As a registered customer you can also generate a new return label and print the associated return form at any time in your Customer account under "Orders".
