I received the wrong article

If you have received an article that is different from what you ordered, please follow these steps to return it to us:

  1. For free return shipment, please use the return label that was enclosed with your order.
  2. You do not need to register your return request digitally or non-digitally
  3. Keep track of the shipment number until your return has been fully processed.

As soon as the return has been registered in our logistics system, you will receive an automated confirmation by email. The amount to be refunded will be automatically credited to the payment method that was saved during the order.

Please understand that we do not offer the option of exchanges in our online shop. If you would like the article to be delivered again, please place a new order in our Breuninger online shop.
