I'm not able to log in

Please check whether your email address (john.smith@smith.com) or username (John Smith) and password were entered correctly. When entering the password, please check for upper and lower case characters as well as any spaces.

Did you forgot your password?
If you log in with a username instead of an email address, please contact our customer service team.
If you use an email address, please proceed as follows:

  1. Please click on “Forgot password” in the Login area.
  2. Enter the email address saved to your customer account.
  3. Click on “Request password email”.
  4. We will send you an email directly which allows you to assign a new password. Make sure to check in your Spam folder as well.

Did you recently change your password?
In this case, please check if the password field is already pre-filled and replace it with the new password.

Did you recently change your email address?
In your Breuninger customer account, you have the option of saving one email address for logging in and a different email address for notifications.
In this case, please check if you have saved another email address in your customer account.
