Credit Card
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Your credit card information is protected by a secure SSL connection when you make a purchase in our online shop.
Your card will only be charged once your order is shipped.
New Verification Process (PSD2):
Since January 2021, enhanced security measures are required for online payments. You will need to verify your identity using the 3D Secure method, which helps protect your card from unauthorized use. Here’s what it’s called for each card provider:
- Mastercard Identity Check
- Verified by Visa
- American Express SafeKey
This process is managed through your bank’s online service, often using a PIN, SMS code, password, or fingerprint.

PayPal
For PayPal payments, you’ll be redirected to the PayPal website at checkout. Once your payment is complete, you’ll be sent back to the Breuninger shop. Your PayPal account will be charged when the order is finalized. Learn more at www.paypal.com.
Klarna
With Klarna's Pay in 3 installment payment option, you can conveniently pay for your purchases in flexible monthly installments and enjoy full control over your payments. If you select this option at the end of the ordering process, you will be redirected to Klarna. Please note that you will receive all necessary payment information directly from Klarna after your purchase. Payments must be made directly to Klarna.
With Klarna Pay in 30 days payment purchases, you can conveniently pay for your order after it has been shipped. The payment period is up to 30 days. You will receive all payment details directly from Klarna by email as soon as your order has been shipped. You can view the invoice amount at any time in the Klarna app, pay earlier, or extend the payment due date if necessary. Please note that payment is made exclusively to Klarna. A successful verification by Klarna is required for Pay in 30 days purchases. This may include a “soft check” that does not affect your credit rating. This payment method is available to customers aged 18 and over.
