Within the 30-day return period, you can conveniently create your return label in your customer account by registering your return.

If you are registered in our Breuninger online shop, log in to your customer account and select the menu item “Returns”. Use the “Register return” button to select the items you would like to return. Then enter the reason for the return and choose one of the available return methods. Several items can be combined into one return.

Once you have completed the return registration, you will receive the QR code and return label at the email address stored in your customer account.

If you placed your order as a guest, you can register your return using the personalized link in your order confirmation and create a return label within the 30-day return period.

Please remember to keep the postage receipt from the shipping provider until we’ve confirmed the return has been received. Once your return is processed by our logistics team, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation email.
